Siam Kubota, represented by Mr. Junji Ota, Chief Executive Officer, along with Mrs. Waraporn Osathaphan, Senior Executive Vice President and Mr. Dai Watanabe, Director and Executive Vice President of Kubota Corporation, Japan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Carbon Neutrality in the Agricultural Sector with Mr. Thammasak Sethaudom, Chief Executive Officer and Mrs. Chanthida Sarikaputi, Assistant Managing Director – Finance and Investment, SCG, to achieve sustainability for Thai businesses and the agricultural sector through 3 solutions: Green Energy , studying the use of advanced technology and alternative energy in the production process; Green Innovative Product, developing innovative products and agricultural solutions; and Green Farming, developing planting solutions and managing agricultural waste to promote Thai agriculture towards low-carbon agriculture, increasing access to new resources and technologies that help reduce carbon emissions, reduce costs, increase productivity, and generate income from Agri Waste to improve the quality of life of farmers and the environment.
