SCG CONCRETE ROOF IS HONORED AMONGST TOP 100 SUSTAINABLE COMPANIES IN VIETNAM FOR ITS RELENTLESS PASSION FOR BETTER LIVING
Ho Chi Minh City, December 14th , 2020: SCG Concrete Roof (Vietnam) – a subsidiary of SCG in Vietnam, has been awarded Top 100 Sustainable Companies in Vietnam by the CSI (Corporate Sustainability Index) Award – a reputable ranking system by Vietnam Business Council for Sustainability (VBCSD) in 2020. This is a remarkable milestone for the company, manifesting its relentless commitment to create a better living for Vietnamese people through sustainable approaches.

SCG Concrete Roof (Vietnam) Co., Ltd (CRVC) was established in Vietnam since 2005. Nowadays, after 15 years of development, the company has evolved into a leading building materials manufacturer in Vietnam market, providing local consumers with premium quality roof tile products as well as complete roofing systems to address customers’ changing needs.

Chief amongst those is the SPAP Level 3 certification by Safety Performance Assessment Program for the company’s rigorous practice in occupational health and safety. The company is also amongst a few enterprises in the industry to be qualified with triple international quality certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 for Environment Management System and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
This is the second year in a row, SCG Concrete Roof (Vietnam) has been recognized in CSI 100 Award, marking its relentless effort in the sustainability area.
In 2020, for a second year in a row, SCG Concrete Roof has been awarded as one of the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises in Vietnam by the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), marking another milestone on the company’s sustainable journey. The CSI Index 2020 – including 128 indicators in four areas namely Sustainable Performance Index, Governance Index, Environment Index and Labor Index not only reflects the enterprise’s holistic sustainable approach but also showcases their continual improvement to meet the higher standards of environmental and labor policies.
SCG Concrete Roof (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, formerly known as CPAC Roof Tile is a subsidiary company of SCG in Vietnam. The factory is settled at No 9 Street No. 10 Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province to produce concrete roof tile and fitting with an annual capacity of 17 million pieces to serve the Vietnam market.
